<a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/debari-riccardo" target="_self" rel="noopener">Riccardo M. DeBari</a>&nbsp;is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group in New York. His practice spans many areas of complex civil litigation and commercial arbitration, including broker-dealer litigation, compliance and securities law, white collar defense and investigatory matters, commercial contract actions and product liability. DeBari is also a member of the firm’s international arbitration initiative. His experience includes working on behalf of members of the financial services industry, international banks and investment funds, food production and distribution clients, and a variety of emerging companies, ushering them through the process of organizing, protecting their intellectual property and engaging with third-party stakeholders. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2008 and his B.A., cum laude, from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2005.

<a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/frayer-elizabeth" target="_self" rel="noopener">Elizabeth Frayer</a>&nbsp;is a member of the firm’s Commercial &amp; Public Finance practice group in New York. She focuses her practice on corporate trust matters, representing financial institutions as trustee, collateral agent, administrative agent, paying agent, exchange agent and in other agency and fiduciary capacities. Frayer manages and leads a variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured debt issuances, foreign currency-denominated debt offerings, securitizations, Trust Indenture Act-qualified transactions, private placements, project financings, and cross-border transactions in South America, Europe, Australia and Asia. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2005 and her B.A. from Cornell University in 2000.

<a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/glowacki-megan" target="_self" rel="noopener">Megan S. Glowacki</a>&nbsp;is a member of the firm’s Labor &amp; Employment practice group in Cincinnati. She focuses on counseling management clients on all areas of labor and employment law. Her practical and timely advice addresses a comprehensive range of business issues and is designed to help employers mitigate risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, she represents employers’ interests in litigation involving employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and wage and hour disputes. Glowacki also represents private and nonprofit employers in collective bargaining negotiations, contract and discharge arbitrations, and investigations and actions involving unfair labor practice charges, and she advises on the interpretation of labor agreements. She received her J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2010 and her B.S., summa cum laude, from University of Dayton in 2007.

<a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/glowacki-megan" target="_self" rel="noopener">Nathan E. Holmes</a>&nbsp;is a member of the firm’s Tax and Employee Benefits &amp; Executive Compensation practice groups in Dayton. His practice is focused principally in two areas—executive compensation and tax-exempt organizations—but he also has broad experience in U.S. federal income tax planning for various business transactions. In his executive compensation practice, he helps public companies, large private companies and nonprofit organizations attract, retain and incentivize key executives through arrangements such as equity and cash incentive plans, deferred compensation plans, executive employment agreements and change-in-control agreements. He also represents a variety of tax-exempt organizations, including employer-sponsored disaster relief funds, corporate foundations, arts organizations, educational institutions, trade associations and social welfare organizations. He received his LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2003, his J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2001 and his B.A. from University of Cincinnati in 1996.

<a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/thomas-david" target="_self" rel="noopener">David D. Thomas</a>&nbsp;is a member of the Commercial &amp; Public Finance practice group in Cleveland. He focuses his practice on commercial financing transactions involving banks and other financial institutions, as well as public and private companies and private equity firms, in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities. He advises clients on a wide array of financing arrangements, including syndicated and cross-border transactions, asset-based and bilateral credit facilities, and equipment leasing transactions. In addition, he is a member of the firm’s Energy group, where he represents financial institutions in connection with renewable energy financing, with an emphasis on solar. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2010, his M.B.A. from University of Findlay in 2002 and his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Tiffin University in 2000.
