Our Silicon Valley office brings decades of experience litigating and trying intellectual property cases, with a dedicated focus on Intellectual Property &amp; Technology Litigation. We deliver strategic value by leveraging our deep knowledge of the forums where these cases are most commonly litigated.

Our lawyers regularly practice in district courts across the United States, before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and at the International Trade Commission. We have particular expertise in courts where patent litigation is most frequently brought, including the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the District of Delaware, and our home court in the Northern District of California.

We work closely with clients to understand their objectives, whether in a specific litigation matter or in the broader context of their overall business strategy. By asking questions and actively listening, we ensure that our approach aligns with the client’s goals and philosophy.
