Nevolis has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in its Labor &amp; Employment practice group. Nevolis brings broad management-side expertise, including extensive experience assisting employers in handling traditional labor relations issues in unionized workforces, employment litigation, addressing day-to-day employment counseling issues, and conducting labor and employment due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

Nevolis serves clients across a diverse range of industries, including hospitality, healthcare, food and beverage, retail, and manufacturing. His in-house experience as assistant general counsel at Maimonides Medical Center, the largest independent hospital in Brooklyn, gives him a distinctive perspective on the practical needs of institutional clients, having served as the primary attorney responsible for all labor and employment matters during a tumultuous post-pandemic environment that was challenging for all employers.
