Steven is a partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment group where his practice focuses on representing businesses in a broad range of labor and employment matters. As a former in-house labor and employment counsel, Steven is fully aware of the challenges that employers face in today’s evolving legal landscape. He is often retained to be a trusted advisor when an employer has to navigate difficult employment issues in a strategic manner. In doing so, he is able to rely on his broad knowledge to help clients achieve their goals.

Most notably, Steven’s practice has a significant focus on assisting clients with traditional labor issues. This includes working with clients who are facing union organizing drives, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and defending clients in both arbitrations and before the National Labor Relations Board. Steven also has significant experience assisting clients in handling day-to-day labor relations issues and developing impactful solutions.
