- Obtaining a complete defense judgment on behalf of a bank in a $4 million breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty action involving time deposit accounts held in an Individual Retirement Account.
- Securing a complete dismissal of claims asserted against a payment processing company involving a novel negligent enablement of imposter fraud theory of liability.
- Securing a favorable resolution on behalf of a national bank in a case asserting claims for elder abuse and romance fraud.
- Defending a financial technology company in a putative class action alleging that a browswer extension wrongfully diverted affiliate marketing commissions.

Complex Contract & Business Disputes
- Achieving favorable resolutions for an insurance carrier in stop-loss insurance litigation in federal and state courts involving breach of contract and bad faith claims.
- Defending a business owner against a multi-count lawsuit arising from an owner’s departure from the business, including claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, conversion, unjust enrichment, fraudulent misrepresentation, and tortious interference.
- Representing commercial landlords and tenants in lease disputes and eviction proceedings involving lease defaults, non-payment of rent, holdover tenants, tenant allowances and improvements, common area maintenance charges, and other breach of lease issues.
- Defending a contractor in Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) litigation involving claims by a labor union for unpaid fringe benefit contributions under alter ego and joint employer theories of liability.
- Representing a medical practice and its president in a lawsuit alleging breach of an asset purchase agreement following the sale of the practice.
- Defending a logistics company in litigation involving federal and state law claims for copyright infringement and unfair competition relating to the use of logistics software.
