The transaction, funded through a combination of fiat currency and Ethereum (ETH), was led by Consensys Software Inc. and included participation from a distinguished group of crypto venture capital firms and infrastructure providers. This deal is the second financing Thompson Hine has closed for SharpLink in just over a week; last week, the firm closed on a registered offering for $4.5 million.
