Matthew is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Securities group, concentrating his practice on securities, capital markets and corporate governance.

He assists clients with a broad range of equity offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings and private placements under Regulation D. He works with issuers, underwriters, placement agents and institutional investors throughout the transaction lifecycle, from due diligence and SEC registration to pricing and closing.
