The first focuses on white collar investigations — what triggers them, how the DOJ's current enforcement priorities (including the new Ohio-based fraud task force and recent cooperation-focused memoranda) are shaping the decision to investigate, and how to scope and run an inquiry that protects privilege while standing up to regulatory scrutiny. The second turns to employment-related internal investigations, addressing the practical challenges of handling HR- and EEOC-driven complaints, managing overlap with white collar exposure, and building protocols that hold up under review. Whether you're building out an internal compliance function or want a refresher on best practices for handling the next hotline call or subpoena, this program offers practical, actionable guidance you can put to use right away.
