Christopher is a senior managing associate in the Real Estate and Construction practice groups. He counsels clients on commercial real estate matters in the United States and Canada, including entity formation, construction, financing, leasing and zoning matters. He also advises on acquisitions and dispositions of real property, including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, and managing due diligence review of title, survey, service contracts, easements and existing leases while coordinating closing with title companies.

In addition, Christopher drafts documents and agreements including articles of incorporation and operating agreements, as well as construction management, construction administration, financing consultation, intellectual property licensing and property management agreements for the development of various commercial real estate development projects, including shopping centers, apartment complexes, hospitals, multi-use facilities and industrial properties. He also drafts and reviews industrial, office, warehouse and retail leases, loan documents, closing documents, legal opinions, title objection letters, guarantees, SNDAs, estoppels, notices and amendments.

While attending law school, Christopher served as a legal extern for Chief Judge Edmund A. Sargus Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He also was a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and a legal intern for the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office.
