Ruthe, counsel in the firm's Product Liability Litigation practice group, has defended high profile clients for over 25 years, providing superior service and professionalism to those she represents.  For the past 21 years she has focused her practice on representation of a New York state power generating utility and multiple international shipping lines in asbestos personal injury matters brought in New York State Supreme Courts, including primarily in NYCAL, and in Federal Courts. Ruthe is a dedicated lawyer who remains intricately involved in all facets of her cases from inception to ultimate resolution.  She is well regarded and respected by her colleagues on both sides of the NYCAL asbestos bar, as well as by the NYCAL asbestos Judges and the NYCAL Special Master.
