• Served as trial counsel for defendants Erie Custom Computer Applications, Inc. and Payroll World, Inc. in a high-stakes software licensing dispute involving claims of copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and contract breaches. Achieved a complete defense verdict after a seven-day jury trial, resulting in dismissal of all claims.
• Represented Xylem Dewatering Solutions in litigation and arbitration involving alleged trade secret misappropriation and breaches of contract related to remote monitoring control systems. • Represented a direct marketing services provider in a trade secret misappropriation and contract dispute against former executives and their new employer. The case resolved confidentially following cross-motions for summary judgment.

Pro Bono Matters

• Successfully represented a Cameroonian woman seeking asylum based on severe abuse suffered due to her political activity in support of the Anglophone minority in Cameroon. Won asylum following an evidentiary hearing.
• Advocated for a transgender woman denied necessary medical care while incarcerated. Obtained a landmark ruling in the Eastern District of Missouri, securing a permanent injunction that required treatment and struck down Missouri’s “freeze-frame” policy as unconstitutional.
