Jonathan is a member of the firm’s Product Liability Litigation, Business Litigation and Business Restructuring groups.

His litigation experience includes representing firm clients in commercial and intellectual property matters. Jonathan also represents government clients in Georgia regarding matters of public law and claims under the Georgia and United States Constitutions. He has experience handling client needs from before litigation arises, through trial and including appeals.

Before joining the firm, Jonathan was a law clerk for Judge Beverly B. Martin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to that, he was a law clerk for Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Jonathan's previous experience includes assisting in matters involving securities litigation, corporate mergers and complex civil litigation.
