MJ is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Securities practice and a member of the Contract Solutions and Privacy teams. She focuses her practice on drafting and negotiating a wide span of contracts, including strategic alliance agreements, healthcare, managed care contracts, client agreements, subcontractor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, consulting agreements, and vendor agreements. She has deep experience in advising and supporting new product/service rollouts, regulatory compliance and marketing communications. She has collaborated with leadership concerning information privacy matters, and implementation of data and privacy policies to meet regulatory requirements including development and implementation of internal data governance programs. As inhouse counsel, she provided strategic counseling to corporate leadership regarding evaluating the impact and actions necessary to respond to a changing data and privacy landscape.
