Mark is an associate in the Business Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on the resolution of complex business disputes, representing clients in the financial services industry. Prior to his career in law, Mark spent two decades at leading global financial services companies Morgan Stanley and UBS Financial Services. Through his various client-facing and leadership roles, Mark developed a keen understanding of the industry, and he uses that knowledge to advocate for his clients and provide first-in-class representation.
