Jeff is discovery counsel in the Business Litigation and Product Liability Litigation practice groups and supervisor of the Discovery Department, which performs a variety of discovery tasks for all Thompson Hine practice groups and offices that provide litigation services. As head of the Discovery Department, Jeff leads the provision of a standardized, high-quality approach to all discovery tasks, from the routine identification, preservation, collection, review and production of electronically-stored information (ESI) to the most complex and sophisticated matters involving digital forensics. He also focuses on institutionalizing e-discovery best practices across the firm to benefit all litigators and their clients, and supervises the select group of contract attorneys who augment the department on an as-needed basis.
