Jeff is senior counsel in the Tax group. For more than a decade, he has provided guidance on sophisticated transactional tax matters, including state and federal tax credits, corporate formations and restructurings, complex real estate projects, and tax-exempt financing. He has also advised on mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and various tax credits, and has drafted opinions and memoranda on tax-free reorganizations, tax credit allocations, and tax-exempt financing qualification.
