On March 21, 2022, the SEC released its long-awaited&nbsp;<a href="https://www.sec.gov/rules/proposed/2022/33-11042.pdf">climate disclosure proposal</a>, which is modeled, in part, on the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework. Preparing for New Mandatory Cyber Reporting Rules
