Theodore is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation group.

Before joining Thompson Hine, Theodore served as a legal intern for the City of Upper Arlington and worked as a pro bono law clerk for the Legal Aid Society of Columbus. Additionally, he worked as an intern to former United States Senator Sherrod Brown and as a legal extern in the chambers of Justice Joseph T. Deters at the Supreme Court of Ohio.
