Tammy is a paralegal in the firm's Business Litigation practice group. She has over 20 years of legal experience spanning litigation support and intellectual property prosecution. Tammy's litigation practice includes drafting pleadings, managing discovery review, filing with state and federal courts, case docketing and coordinating depositions, subpoenas, experts and witnesses. She has also provided hands-on trial preparation and attendance support throughout her career.

In addition to her litigation experience, Tammy has extensive knowledge of trademark and copyright prosecution, including conducting knockout searches, managing clearance reports, reviewing specimens and handling application and post-registration maintenance filings for state, federal and international registrations
