Reid is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing clients in complex disputes across a variety of industry sectors.
Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Reid practiced business and municipal litigation in southern Indiana, where he represented individuals, businesses, and governmental entities in both state and federal courts. His experience encompasses a broad range of matters, including contract disputes, tort defense, constitutional deprivations, special education issues, and landlord-tenant conflicts. Reid has significant trial experience, having served as second chair in a four-day administrative trial defending a public school corporation, as third chair in a three-day jury trial defending a publicly traded company in Indiana state court, and having litigated numerous landlord-tenant disputes at trial.
