Polina is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, intellectual property, construction and business tort matters, as well as securities, shareholder and broker-dealer litigation. She also advises clients on issues at the intersection of art and law and actively dedicates part of her practice to pro bono work.

Before joining Thompson Hine, Polina spent more than four years in the art world, where she supported sales teams in high-value transactions at leading galleries. During law school, she gained diverse legal experience as a student law clerk to the Honorable Frederic Block of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, where several of her drafted opinions were featured in the New York Law Journal. She has gained diverse legal experience through judicial, corporate and museum internships where she contributed to opinion drafting, compliance projects and arts-related legal matters.
