Michael is a partner in the firm’s Product Liability Litigation group. His practice focuses on matters involving product liability claims, toxic torts, and commercial disputes. He regularly appears in matters pending before state and federal courts throughout the country.
Michael also regularly counsels clients on risk mitigation issues, including issues relating to product warnings.
Michael is an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Litigation Section. He has been elected to the Litigation Section’s Board of Directors each of the past two years and previously served on the Litigation Section’s Activities Committee. He also served on the Atlanta Bar’s Innovative Study Group during the 2023−2024 bar year.
Michael graduated from Duke University of School of Law, where he was a staff editor for the Duke Law and Technology Review, as well as a member of the executive board of the Black Law Students Association. While in law school, he also worked as a clinical student for the Duke Children’s Law Clinic and the Duke Civil Justice Clinic.
