- Representing subsidiaries of a Korea-based financial services firm in the acquisition and financing of e-commerce fulfillment centers and parcel distribution facilities in Illinois, Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, Texas and California, including a construction joint venture with an industrial developer for similar logistics facilities in a number of U.S. markets.
- Counseling joint venture investors in connection with the acquisition and financing of regional insurance company headquarters across the United States.

- Representing a U.S. private equity real estate fund sponsor in various acquisitions and financings in the data center, bio and multifamily markets.
- Counseling a private real estate and corporate investment firm on the largest post-COVID office property trade in Chicago.
