Marah is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, conducting large-scale investigations and preparing cases for hearings and mediation. She also has experience supporting white collar investigations and advising clients in matters involving civil procedure, consumer protection and administrative law. After law school, Marah served as a law clerk for Justice John D. Couriel of the Florida Supreme Court.
