Lauren is a senior managing associate in the Corporate Transaction & Securities practice group whose practice centers on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, complex reorganizations, commercial contracting, and multijurisdictional matters. She also has experience representing clients in the sale of their businesses to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).

Lauren’s practice encompasses representing multinational corporations, private equity groups, and privately owned businesses in a wide variety of deal structures and transaction types. She advises clients on all aspects of M&A transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and drafting transaction documents; due diligence; and post-closing integration. Lauren has significant experience representing clients on both buy- and sell-side transactions, providing tailored guidance based on the terms of the transaction. Lauren’s experience extends to cross-border transactions, where she collaborates with local counsel to advise clients on compliance with local and U.S. law.
