  • Assisted plaintiffs in successful copyright infringement action against major entertainment corporation.
  • Assisted in the representation of plaintiffs in mass tort litigation action against institutional defendants, which ultimately resulted in a multi-million-dollar settlement.
  • Represented client in defending against dozens of consumer arbitration cases arising from alleged unfair business practices. Obtained a number of complete victories for the client with no relief to the claimants.
  • Litigated a fraudulent transfer of assets case through summary judgment and negotiated a settlement and release for the client in exchange for a nominal payment to the plaintiff, despite the multi-million-dollar judgment at issue.
