  • Defended Bruker Cellular Analysis, a leading digital cell biology company, in a 15-patent competitor litigation related to the discovery of therapeutic antibodies.
  • Represented a global medical technology company in multiple patent litigations related to digital solutions for orthodontic technology.
  • Represented Natera, Inc., a pioneering molecular technology company, against industry competitors in several matters related to noninvasive prenatal testing (NIPT).
  • Represented Rearden LLC in a dispute involving the ownership of facial performance motion capture technology, resulting in a favorable judgment following trial.
  • Defended Truven Healthcare Analytics (later IBM) against patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation allegations, securing summary judgment of invalidity on the eve of trial, which was affirmed by the Federal Circuit.
