Kayla is a managing associate in Thompson Hine's Corporate Transactions &amp; Securities group, where she counsels her clients on a wide array of corporate governance matters and securities transactions. Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Kayla was an associate at a New York based law firm where she supported the corporate &amp; securities practice group. Her experience ranges from securities offerings and compliance with the Exchange Act and Securities Act reporting requirements to mergers and acquisitions.
