He represents general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and owners in complex construction litigation involving contract disputes, mechanics’ liens, payment and performance bond claims, and contractor licensing issues. He also drafts and negotiates contracts for public and private projects and advises on risk management, dispute avoidance, claim documentation, impact and delay claims, terminations for cause and convenience, change order and extra work disputes, stop payment notice claims, prompt payment and conditional payment disputes, construction and design defects, and bid protests.
