James is an associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation group. He focuses his practice on patent litigation in district court and before the PTAB and ITC. In addition, he is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to joining the firm, James was an associate for a boutique IP litigation firm, where he represented clients in industries including additive manufacturing, agriculture, consumer electronics, medical devices and solar energy equipment.
