Jake, a managing associate in the Corporate Transactions & Securities practice, focuses on a broad range of transactional and securities matters. His experience encompasses assisting with corporate acquisitions and sales. He also has experience with mezzanine debt, venture capital and private equity financings.

While attending law school, Jake completed externships with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
