Hani is presently working within the firm’s rotation program, which is customized for each associate’s interests and the needs of the firm. The rotation program enables associates to work in multiple practice areas before choosing areas of specialization. During this time, he is receiving training from senior lawyers in multiple practice areas.

While attending law school, Hani focused on utilizing his legal academia and experiences to begin learning the practice itself, joining CSU|Law’s Pardon, Clemency, and Reentry clinic, and later serving as a judicial extern for Judge J. Philip Calabrese of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Hani was also involved in the everyday happenings at CSU|Law, working for his school’s office of admissions and legal writing department, joining the <em>Cleveland State Law Review</em>, and volunteering on numerous student panels and other mentorship programs.

As an undergraduate at Bowling Green State University, Hani was extensively involved in the university’s arts and sciences community, joining award-winning vocal performance groups, participating in projects sanctioned by the Department of Justice, and helping other pre-medical undergraduates in their healthcare-career journeys and academia.
