- Counseling Fortune 500 companies and national nonprofits on compliance with supply-chain agreement obligations, local zoning regulations, fiduciary duties, and antitrust obligations
- Defending clients against allegations of pre- and post-judgment contempt of court
- Defending lenders against RESPA, FDCPA, breach of contract, and fiduciary duty claims
- Defending motions to transfer venue and compel arbitration
- Assisting senior attorneys in evaluating injunctions in aid of transnational arbitration, equitable tracing, specialized admiralty remedies, quashing subpoenas, and cross-border receivership obligations and MDL strategy
Community Service
- Directing a $7 million+ biennial allocation to an international nonprofit’s administrative units
- Advising higher-education boards of trustees on campus welfare, infrastructure, and community conduct policies
