Todd is an associate in the firm's Construction practice group.

Prior to practicing law, Todd was a real estate development project manager, overseeing site due diligence, design, development, financing closings, and construction administration for multifamily housing developments in five states representing $160 million in investment. His earlier experience also includes collaborative housing ventures between private developers and nonprofit organizations or public housing authorities. Todd has further business experience in real estate valuation and investment analysis.

  • Supporting the drafting and negotiation of early-stage agreements for potential real estate ventures and capital projects, including initial memoranda addressing cost sharing and risk management.
  • Assisting with the revision of corporate contracting forms used by a national commercial property owner for both capital construction projects and recurring maintenance and service.
  • Analyzing existing facility agreements to derive standard and competitive market terms.
  • Performing due diligence and document review to support environmental and litigation matters.
