- Representing ownership groups in connection with the development, finance, and construction of numerous commercial, infrastructure, and multifamily construction projects utilizing both public and private funding sources.
- Representing general contractors/construction managers in the review, negotiation, and drafting of a variety of prime construction contracts using forms such as AIA, Consensus, and other custom documents.
- Representing architects, engineers, surveyors, and other design professionals in the review, negotiation, and drafting of design contracts using forms such as DBIA, EJCDC, and other custom documents.
- Serving as support construction counsel to a large multistate affordable and market-rate multifamily housing developer commonly using HUD construction financing and LIHTC.
- Serving as support construction counsel for a multinational entertainment company in the development of new venues and renovations of existing venues throughout the country.
- Serving as support construction counsel to the owner in a $68+ million historic renovation utilizing Ohio Historic Tax Credits.
- Serving as support construction counsel to the owner in an $80+ million manufacturing facility rehabilitation utilizing a synthetic lease financing structure.
- Serving as support construction counsel to the owner in a $60+ million mixed-use historic renovation utilizing a CCPA ground lease structure.
- Serving as support construction counsel in advising a multinational pharmaceutical company on project delivery and risk management strategies, including for active projects in Puerto Rico.
- Serving as support construction counsel in advising and counseling a global semiconductor and technology company across multiple megaproject multibillion-dollar semiconductor wafer manufacturing facilities across the United States, including the Ohio-based greenfield design and build of a megaproject semiconductor plant and associated facilities.
- Representing multiple owners and contractors in conducting in-depth insurance reviews and risk management counseling.
- Representing multiple owners and contractors in mechanics’ lien disputes.
