Brian’s practice focuses on litigating complex business and intellectual property matters with an emphasis on working with sophisticated technologies. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants before California state courts, federal district courts, and the International Trade Commission in a broad range of matters. Brian’s experience spans contract, fraud, fiduciary duty, unfair competition, false advertising, and partnership dissolution business disputes as well as patent, trade secret and copyright matters. His cases have involved a wide array of advanced technologies such as photovoltaics, medical devices, prosthetics, and drug discovery techniques. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian was an associate at specialized boutique litigation firms in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles. He holds a B.S. in Materials Engineering from UCLA and earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the UC Davis Law Review.
