Amaiya is an associate in the firm’s Government Contracts practice group, where she focuses her practice on federal contracting. She assists in advising clients on a wide range of government contracting matters, including preparing contractor claims under the Contract Disputes Act, participating in bid protests before the Government Accountability Office, and counseling clients on compliance requirements under the Federal Acquisition Regulation and other agency-specific regulatory frameworks. Amaiya regularly conducts legal research and analysis that informs case strategy and supports client decision-making.

Before joining the firm, Amaiya served as a judicial intern at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and legal extern at the U.S. General Services Administration, where she gained experience with legal issues related to federal contracts and government litigation.
