Alexander is a managing associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation group. His practice focuses on patent and trade secret matters. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal district courts and in matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His practice includes a wide range of technologies, with a focus on biotechnology, the life sciences, and medical devices.

Before joining Thompson Hine, he was an associate at a national law firm and served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Raymond Chen at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
