Our Silicon Valley office brings decades of experience litigating and trying intellectual property cases, with a dedicated focus on Intellectual Property &amp; Technology Litigation. Our lawyers regularly practice in district courts across the United States, before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and at the International Trade Commission. We have particular expertise in courts where patent litigation is most frequently brought, including the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the District of Delaware, and our home court in the Northern District of California.
