In 2023, companies are facing extraordinary real estate challenges, including return to office resistance, rising interest rates, and battles over attractive development sites. A panel of real estate industry leaders, development consultants, and real estate and construction lawyers will provide practical, actionable advice on how companies can save money on corporate real estate and redeploy capital to where it counts. Strategies to be explored include hybrid work, space hoteling, sub-leasing, lease buyouts, and sale-leasebacks.
