His experience spans federal, state, and bankruptcy courts nationwide, and he is known for handling high-profile, multimillion-dollar distressed commercial real estate workouts, cross-border insolvency proceedings, and complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases.

<strong>John C. Allerding </strong>is a partner in Thompson Hine’s Business Restructuring and Business Litigation practice groups. He represents clients across a wide range of industries in matters involving commercial and creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, distressed asset workouts, asset purchase agreements, preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, and Uniform Commercial Code disputes. His experience includes representing Fortune 500 lenders, real estate holding companies, bankruptcy trustees, and creditor committees in complex proceedings, as well as defending officers and directors in fiduciary duty litigation.
