Nesbitt co-leads the firm’s Greenwashing Defense & Litigation practice group. She advises clients in regulated industries on environmental compliance, litigation, and risk management. Her experience includes work with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Natural Resources Division and as an Assistant United States Attorney.
