Nesbitt</a>, partner and environmental lawyer, has been invited to become a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF). The ABF Fellowship is a notable recognition, extended to only one percent of lawyers admitted to practice in the United States and its territories. This invitation reflects Ms. Nesbitt’s professional achievements and her commitment to the legal field.

The ABF Fellows program is an honorary organization of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars who have demonstrated dedication to the legal profession and public service. Fellows support the ABF’s mission to advance the understanding of law and its role in society. Nesbitt co-leads the firm’s Greenwashing Defense &amp; Litigation practice group. She advises clients in regulated industries on environmental compliance, litigation, and risk management.
