Schild</a> as the new partner-in-charge of the firm’s&nbsp;<a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/locations/cincinnati_ohio" target="_self" rel="noopener">Cincinnati</a> office. Schild succeeds <a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/professionals/starkey-j-shane" target="_self" rel="noopener">J. Shane Starkey</a>, who will continue his significant practice at the firm advising public companies and senior executives on executive compensation matters.

Schild is a partner in the firm’s&nbsp;<a href="https://www.thompsonhine.com/services/corporate-transactions-amp-securities" target="_self" rel="noopener">Corporate Transactions &amp; Securities</a> practice group. His practice focuses on U.S. and international middle-market mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on a wide range of other transactional and business matters.

He previously served as president and a board member of Mayerson Jewish Community Center and as a board member of various other non-profit organizations.
