Please join us for Session 7 of our SECURE 2.0 Deep Dive series.

While SECURE 2.0 predominately addressed defined contribution plans, pension plans were not ignored. This session will focus on provisions affecting pension plans. These provisions address multiple aspects of sponsoring a pension plan (including cash balance plans) such as participant notice requirements, collecting overpayments, minimum required distributions, PBGC premiums, lump sum payment offers and mortality tables.
