Thompson Hine is pleased to share that Katherine B. Kohn, Kristin Koenecke, and Shira McKinlay’s article, “Decoding the Department of Labor’s 2026 Enforcement Strategy for Plan Sponsors and Service Providers,” has been published in Benefits Law Journal.
In this article, the authors review the Department of Labor’s national enforcement projects, including several new priorities that plan sponsors and service providers should be aware of and prepared to address should the Department knock at their door.
