We have assembled a Fidelity 401(k) Solutions Team of lawyers and paralegals from our Employee Benefits &amp; Executive Compensation practice group that has worked with Fidelity and Fidelity's clients since 1994. Our team members are familiar with Fidelity's plan documentation, daily administration and operational systems and have the experience and substantive knowledge necessary to address the complex and varied 401(k) compliance issues presented on a daily basis. Our team includes a paralegal with 15 years of experience at Fidelity Investments. The team focuses on various compliance areas, such as plan amendments and restatements, government correction programs and IRS determination letter applications. Additionally, the team has significant experience in other aspects of employee benefits, including nonqualified plan documents, health and welfare benefits, executive compensation arrangements and ERISA litigation.
