Vyson is a senior managing associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) & Technology Litigation group. He focuses his practice on patent, trademark and copyright litigation, with an emphasis on patent litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal courts throughout the United States and in matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
His matters span a wide range of technologies, including 3D technology, Wi-Fi, e-cigarettes, phone cameras, microphones, night lights, semiconductors, microfluidics, video streaming, graphic design, monoclonal antibodies, cell-free DNA and computer interface standards. Vyson was named a Best Lawyer “One to Watch” for 2026 in the field of patent litigation.
