Tara is counsel in the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Securities practice. She focuses on commercial contracts, general corporate law and corporate finance.

Tara’s experience includes negotiating and drafting a wide range of documents and commercial agreements, including corporate governance documents, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, contribution agreements and commercial services agreements. She also advises companies on corporate finance transactions, represents underwriters in connection with municipal bond issuances and counsels companies on early and mid-stage private equity investment transactions. In addition, she has experience assisting nonprofit entities with organizational matters and governance documents.
