Shelley, a paralegal with over 20 years’ experience, supports the Corporate Transactions & Securities practice. Her experience includes managing corporate governance matters for U.S. and international entities, assisting with due diligence and project management for acquisitions, and providing support for private equity transactions.

In addition to her paralegal certificate, Shelley earned a management training certificate from the University of Cincinnati and an associate degree in accounting from the Bradford School of Business.
